But one key plus of this specific Fantastic Cafe place for me is the manner of workers. Fantastic Cafe workers are so nice, warm welcoming, and patient that its hard not to think positive about the whole chain. If you are with toddlers, they go extra miles, let you choose offmenu a la carte, and even suggest variations. They make sure that they can make the food that babies will eat!!! In terms of food, obviously I always eat double cheeseburger combo. But I do see a lot of people eat chili verde dinner plate as well Lastly, if you are coming from north of Gaffey street, make sure you turn on the second right into the parking lot. The first one is exit only, where drive thru cars come out. ”

“ Great tasty food. Their menu has many good dishes to choose from the country breakfast is delicious plentiful as well as the breakfast burrito. On this occasion I ordered the chicken sandwich. Grilled to perfection along with delicious fries. Came in a little after 10pm, still great service with a smile. I ordered the nacho plate for my wife Iyes it feeds 2. The only suggestions would be to be able to order a smaller portion the big plate to come with more chips! ”

“ Ordered a large zucchini and the price was very reasonable. Zucchini sticks were fried up perfection, thanks to the chef and the person attending my order has wonderful customer service. He provided me with enough napkins and ranch to go with my meal. He also complimented me on my crocheting! Totally recommend this place, I plan to return! ”

“ Great place, but my recent experience was disappointing. On November 23rd, 2024, I visited the restaurant around 9 p.m. and encountered a staff member at the register who was shockingly rude. She wore noticeable black makeup and those cat eye eyeliner, so shes not hard to miss. I was simply trying to get clarification on a menu item I dont typically order, and her response was condescending, patronizing, and completely uncalled for. As someone who has worked in the restaurant industry, I understand how stressful the job can be, and I always make an effort to be polite and respectful to staff. Ive been a loyal customer for nearly 10 years, frequently visiting during work breaks with other City of Los Angeles Sanitation Department employees, and Ive always been treated kindly by the team here. This interaction, however, was unlike anything Ive experienced before. Her rude and behavior made me feel unwelcome. In fact, it was so out of line that I chose not to order and left the restaurant instead. While I dont believe this individual represents the rest of the excellent staff, I strongly believe this should be addressed. Every customer deserves respect and dignity, and this behavior is unacceptable. Im hesitant to return to an establishment Ive supported for years, but I hope this can be a teaching moment to ensure all customers feel valued and respected. Despite this incident, I still appreciate the quality service Ive received here in the past, which is why Im leaving a high rating. ”
